Iron Monarch LLC is an AI product company and innovation studio. This privacy notice describes how we collect, use and protect information across the Iron Monarch corporate website and our products, including WikiGazette and Relay, as well as Crowd QA interest registration, product and licensing inquiries, professional services inquiries, analytics, contact-form data, and managed solution operations where applicable.

Information we collect
When you start a conversation, submit a contact form, register interest in Crowd QA, request a product walkthrough, or use WikiGazette or Relay, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, organization, role, country, email address, the nature of your inquiry, and the substance of any message you send. We also collect limited technical information about your visit through standard analytics tools.
How we use information
Information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential engagement, to operate the relevant product or service, and — where you consent — to follow up about relevant work. We do not sell personal information.
Product-specific data practices
WikiGazette: content and materials you publish or provide are used to operate the publication for you. Relay: transaction and operational data processed through Relay is used to govern the commercial workflows it belongs to and is not used to train AI models. This no-training commitment is specific to Relay and is not automatically extended to other products. Crowd QA: interest-registration details are used to contact you about Crowd QA as the product develops. Each product's data handling is ultimately governed by the applicable product agreement.
Managed solution operations
Where Iron Monarch operates a solution on a client's behalf, client data is handled under the governing agreement and applicable law. Access and use are limited to operating the engagement and are subject to the confidentiality terms agreed for that work.
Analytics
We use standard analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. Analytics is limited to aggregate and technical measurement and is not used to sell personal information or to build individual profiles for marketing.
Contact-form data
Information submitted through the contact form — including inquiry type, relevant product, description, current systems or process, and preferred timing — is used to review and respond to your inquiry and is stored as a lead record accessible only to Iron Monarch administrators.
Data retention
Inquiry and contact details are retained only as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Records within a product are retained for the period required by the governing agreement and applicable law.
Disclosure
Iron Monarch does not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Where work is delivered with integration partners, information is shared only to the extent required to operate the connected workflows and under appropriate confidentiality expectations.
