Iron Monarch’s founder, Thierry Hubert, is one of the early pioneers in building enterprise resource planning integrations with collaborative software, IoT, and applying Artificial Intelligence to solve Big Data and unstructured information challenges. His work began with Price Waterhouse when he researched, developed, and deployed new transformative digital solutions and best practices for the firm. Working with pioneers and industry leaders of the time, he primarily accredits his inspiration when researching the transformative impact of digital collaborative computing and knowledge management on the corporate culture to his collaborative work with MIT's Sloan School of Business.

He co-founded The Human Interface Group, later acquired by Lotus Development Corporation, to create an institute dedicated to collaborative, electronic learning and knowledge management best practices and technologies. Upon IBM's acquisition of Lotus in 1995, Thierry was transferred to Paris, France, and became IBM's EMEA Director of the Process Innovation Practice and Research and Development for collaborative and knowledge management innovations. Upon returning to the United States, Thierry continued researching and developing solutions inspired by artificial intelligence and chaos theory principles. He founded Darwin Ecosystem in 2008 and received awards, recognitions, and grants, contributing to his renewed collaboration with IBM. Some of the most notable recognitions awarded include being a finalist at the 2018 AI & Machine Learning SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards, the TechCrunch Disrupt 2012 Big Data Startup of the Year Award, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry of Canada AI research grants, and the 2008 YEI Laureate award from France's Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2020, Darwin Ecosystem’s work was acquired to the benefit of financial cryptomarket predictive services, concluding thirteen years of research and development.
